Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction

    • Welcome to SIPS EDU. By accessing our website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
  2. Eligibility

    • Participants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Course Enrollment

    • Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the completed application form and payment of the course fee.
  4. Payment Terms

    • All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
  5. Code of Conduct

    • Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect towards instructors and peers.
  6. Intellectual Property

    • All course materials provided are the intellectual property of SIPS EDU and are for personal use only. Redistribution or reproduction is prohibited.
  7. Limitation of Liability

    • SIPS EDU is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from course participation.
  8. Modifications

    • SIPS EDU reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and fees. Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance.
  9. Governing Law

    • These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where SIPS EDU operates.

Fulfillment Policy

  1. Course Delivery

    • Courses are delivered virtually over a 12-week period, with options for weekday evenings or weekends.
  2. Course Materials

    • Participants will receive digital course materials prior to the start of the course.
  3. Certification

    • Upon successful completion of the course and passing the certification exam, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
  4. Job Placement Assistance

    • SIPS EDU offers job placement assistance to all graduates, including resume reviews and interview preparation.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant

  • Participants may cancel their enrollment within 72 hours (until midnight of the third business day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays) after signing the enrollment contract to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after 72 hours but before the scheduled start date of the first class session will incur an administrative fee of $100; the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made on or after the scheduled start date of the first class session are not eligible for a refund.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to education@sipsconsults.com.

Cancellation by SIPS EDU

  • If SIPS EDU cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer enrollment to a future course without additional charges.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration fees, administrative fees, and any third-party charges (such as materials provided by external vendors) are non-refundable.

Transfers and Exceptions

  • Transfers to a future course date may be considered upon request, subject to availability and administrative approval.
  • Exceptions for documented medical or extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed individually at the discretion of SIPS EDU management.
